<lb n="0397b08" ed="T"/>也。況夫禪敎兩宗同出於佛。禪佛心也。敎佛

<lb n="0397b17" ed="T"/>盟。源詮之功。豈易量哉。予每見南方此弊尤
<lb n="0397b18" ed="T"/>甚。安得人有是書一洗舊習。咸與惟新興念

<lb n="0397c04" ed="T"/>統一。豈佛之道本然哉。於是以敎三種證禪
<lb n="0397c05" ed="T"/>三宗。謂依性說相。卽息妄修心。破相顯性。卽
<lb n="0397c06" ed="T"/>泯絕無寄。顯示眞心。卽直明心性。江漢殊流
<lb n="0397c07" ed="T"/>而同歸智海。酸醎異調而共臻禪味。至於空

<lb n="0397c10" ed="T"/>又旁行爲圖朱墨以志之。自頓覺至成佛。十
<lb n="0397c11" ed="T"/>重爲淨。自不覺至受報。十重爲染。淨染之源
<lb n="0397c12" ed="T"/>由於聖凡。心法悉具眞妄。是名藏識。不覺則
<lb n="0397c13" ed="T"/>迷眞逐妄歷劫輪迴。頓覺則舍妄歸眞隨順
<lb n="0397c14" ed="T"/>解脫。雖然學者要知眞如闡敎如標月指。若
<lb n="0397c15" ed="T"/>復見月。了知所標畢竟非月。則詮圖兩忘。愚
<lb n="0397c16" ed="T"/>智通爲般若。垢淨俱證菩提。南岳天台南侁
<lb n="0397c17" ed="T"/>北秀。與達磨東來宗旨無有差別。尙何禪與

<lb n="0398a08" ed="T"/>來設敎之因妄執空有競分大小。曰頓曰漸
<lb n="0398a09" ed="T"/>曰禪曰律。訾訾紛紛千數百年。如護父足使
<lb n="0398a10" ed="T"/>具受病。雖遇一二同志有以啓之。恨不能家
<lb n="0398a11" ed="T"/>喩而戶曉也。幸得圭峯所述禪源詮。其文博
<lb n="0398a12" ed="T"/>雅其旨切當。悉叙前所患者道其所以然。且

<lb n="0400c23" ed="T"/>各收其長。統爲三宗對於三敎。則何以會爲
<lb n="0400c24" ed="T"/>一代善巧俱成要妙法門。各忘其情同歸智

<lb n="0400c27" ed="T"/>禪。傳禪者必以經論爲準。中下根者但可依
<lb n="0400c28" ed="T"/>師。師自觀根隨分指授。上根之輩悟須圓通。
<lb n="0400c29" ed="T"/>未究佛言何同佛見。問所在皆有佛經。任學

<lb n="0401a01" ed="T"/>者轉讀勘會。今集禪要何必辨經。答此意卽

<lb n="0401a04" ed="T"/>語。有稱畢竟之理。有隨當時之機。有詮性
<lb n="0401a05" ed="T"/>相。有頓漸大小。有了義不了義。文或敵體相
<lb n="0401a06" ed="T"/>違義必圓通無礙。龍藏浩汗何見旨歸。故今

<lb n="0401a16" ed="T"/>於己未益。若但取現量自見爲定。不勘佛語。
<lb n="0401a17" ed="T"/>焉知邪正。外道六師親見所執之理修之亦
<lb n="0401a18" ed="T"/>得功用自謂爲正。豈知是邪。若但用比量者。
<lb n="0401a19" ed="T"/>旣無聖敎及自所見。約何比度。比度何法。故
<lb n="0401a20" ed="T"/>須三量勘同方爲決定。禪宗已多有現比二
<lb n="0401a21" ed="T"/>量。今更以經論印之則三量備矣。六疑有多
<lb n="0401a22" ed="T"/>般須具通決者。數十年中頻有經論大德。問
<lb n="0401a23" ed="T"/>余曰。四禪八定皆在上界。此界無禪。凡修禪
<lb n="0401a24" ed="T"/>者。須依經論引取上界禪定而於此界修習。
<lb n="0401a25" ed="T"/>修習成者。皆是彼禪。諸敎具明。無出此者。如
<lb n="0401a26" ed="T"/>何離此別說禪門。旣不依經卽是邪道。又有
<lb n="0401a27" ed="T"/>問曰。經云。漸修祇劫方證菩提。禪稱頓悟刹
<lb n="0401a28" ed="T"/>那便成正覺。經是佛語。禪是僧言。違佛遵僧。
<lb n="0401a29" ed="T"/>竊疑未可。又有問曰。禪門要旨無是無非。塗

<lb n="0401b17" ed="T"/>義。義卽分明。以義詮法。法卽顯著。今且約世
<lb n="0401b18" ed="T"/>物明之。如眞金隨工匠等緣作鐶釧椀盞種
<lb n="0401b19" ed="T"/>種器物。金性必不變爲銅鐵。金卽是法。不變
<lb n="0401b20" ed="T"/>隨緣是義。設有人問。說何物不變。何物隨緣。
<lb n="0401b21" ed="T"/>只合答云金也。以喩一藏經論義理。只是說
<lb n="0401b22" ed="T"/>心。心卽是法。一切是義。故經云。無量義者從
<lb n="0401b23" ed="T"/>一法生。然無量義統唯二種。一不變。二隨緣。
<lb n="0401b24" ed="T"/>諸經只說此心隨迷悟緣成垢淨凡聖煩惱菩
<lb n="0401b25" ed="T"/>提有漏無漏等。亦只說此心垢淨等時元來不
<lb n="0401b26" ed="T"/>變常自寂滅眞實如如等。設有人問。說何法
<lb n="0401b27" ed="T"/>不變。何法隨緣。只合答云心也。不變是性。隨
<lb n="0401b28" ed="T"/>緣是相。當知性相皆是一心上義。今性相二
<lb n="0401b29" ed="T"/>宗互相非者。良由不識眞心。每聞心字將謂

<lb n="0401c03" ed="T"/>爲義。論云。依於此心顯示摩訶衍義。心眞如
<lb n="0401c04" ed="T"/>是體。心生滅是相用。只說此心不虛妄故云
<lb n="0401c05" ed="T"/>眞。不變易故云如。是以論中一一云心眞如
<lb n="0401c06" ed="T"/>心生滅。今時禪者多不識義。故但呼心爲禪。
<lb n="0401c07" ed="T"/>講者多不識法。故但約名說義。隨名生執難
<lb n="0401c08" ed="T"/>可會通。聞心爲淺聞性謂深。或却以性爲法
<lb n="0401c09" ed="T"/>以心爲義。故須約三宗經論相對照之法義
<lb n="0401c10" ed="T"/>旣顯。但歸一心自然無諍。八心通性相名同
<lb n="0401c11" ed="T"/>義別者。諸經或毀心是賊。制令斷除。或讚心
<lb n="0401c12" ed="T"/>是佛。勸令修習。或云善心惡心淨心垢心貪
<lb n="0401c13" ed="T"/>心嗔心慈心悲心。或云託境心生。或云心生
<lb n="0401c14" ed="T"/>於境。或云寂滅爲心。或云緣慮爲心。乃至種
<lb n="0401c15" ed="T"/>種相違。若不以諸宗相對顯示。則看經者何
<lb n="0401c16" ed="T"/>以辨之。爲當有多種心。爲復只是一般心耶。
<lb n="0401c17" ed="T"/>今且略示名體。汎言心者。略有四種。梵語各
<lb n="0401c18" ed="T"/>別翻譯亦殊。一紇利陀耶。此云肉團心。此是
<lb n="0401c19" ed="T"/>身中五藏心也<note place="inline">具如黃庭經五藏論說也</note>二緣慮心。此是八
<lb n="0401c20" ed="T"/>識。俱能緣慮自分境故<note place="inline">色是眼識境。乃至根身種子器世界是阿賴耶識之境。各
<lb n="0401c21" ed="T"/>緣一分。故云自分</note>此八各有心所善惡之殊。諸經之中。
<lb n="0401c22" ed="T"/>目諸心所總名心也。謂善心惡心等。三質多
<lb n="0401c23" ed="T"/>耶。此云集起心。唯第八識。積集種子生起現
<lb n="0401c24" ed="T"/>行故<note place="inline">黃庭經五藏論。目之爲神。西國外道。計之爲我。皆是此識</note>四乾栗陀耶。此

<lb n="0402a14" ed="T"/>云皆頓。或云法無頓漸頓漸在機。如上等說。
<lb n="0402a15" ed="T"/>各有意義。言以反者。謂旣悟卽成佛本無煩
<lb n="0402a16" ed="T"/>惱名爲頓者。卽不應修斷。何得復云漸修。漸
<lb n="0402a17" ed="T"/>修卽是煩惱未盡。因行未圓。果德未滿。何名
<lb n="0402a18" ed="T"/>爲頓。頓卽非漸。漸卽非頓。故云相反。如下對
<lb n="0402a19" ed="T"/>會。卽頓漸非唯不相乖。反而乃互相資也。十
<lb n="0402a20" ed="T"/>師資傳授須識藥病者。謂承上傳授方便皆
<lb n="0402a21" ed="T"/>先開示本性。方令依性修禪。性不易悟多由
<lb n="0402a22" ed="T"/>執相。故欲顯性先須破執。破執方便須凡聖

<lb n="0402b06" ed="T"/>各別旣不成伊。三宗若乖焉能作佛。故知欲

<lb n="0402c06" ed="T"/>是假名。心旣不有。誰言法界無修不修無佛
<lb n="0402c07" ed="T"/>不佛。設有一法勝過涅槃。我說亦如夢幻。無
<lb n="0402c08" ed="T"/>法可拘無佛可作。凡有所作皆是迷妄。如此
<lb n="0402c09" ed="T"/>了達本來無事。心無所寄方免顚倒。始名解
<lb n="0402c10" ed="T"/>脫。石頭牛頭下至徑山。皆示此理。便令心行
<lb n="0402c11" ed="T"/>與此相應。不令滯情於一法上。日久功至塵
<lb n="0402c12" ed="T"/>習自亡。則於怨親苦樂一切無礙。因此便有。
<lb n="0402c13" ed="T"/>一類道士儒生閑僧汎參禪理者。皆說此言。

<lb n="0402c16" ed="T"/>顯心性宗者。說一切諸法若有若空皆唯眞
<lb n="0402c17" ed="T"/>性。眞性無相無爲。體非一切。謂非凡非聖非
<lb n="0402c18" ed="T"/>因非果非善非惡等。然卽體之用而能造作
<lb n="0402c19" ed="T"/>種種。謂能凡能聖現色現相等。於中指示心
<lb n="0402c20" ed="T"/>性。復有二類。一云。卽今能語言動作貪嗔慈
<lb n="0402c21" ed="T"/>忍造善惡受苦樂等。卽汝佛性。卽此本來是
<lb n="0402c22" ed="T"/>佛。除此無別佛也。了此天眞自然。故不可起
<lb n="0402c23" ed="T"/>心修道。道卽是心。不可將心還修於心。惡亦
<lb n="0402c24" ed="T"/>是心。不可將心還斷於心。不斷不修任運自
<lb n="0402c25" ed="T"/>在。方名解脫。性如虛空不增不減。何假添補。
<lb n="0402c26" ed="T"/>但隨時隨處息業。養神聖胎增長。顯發自然
<lb n="0402c27" ed="T"/>神妙。此卽是爲眞悟眞修眞證也。二云諸法
<lb n="0402c28" ed="T"/>如夢。諸聖同說。故妄念本寂塵境本空。空寂
<lb n="0402c29" ed="T"/>之心靈知不昧。卽此空寂之知。是汝眞性。任

<lb n="0403a02" ed="T"/>一字衆妙之門。由無始迷之故。妄執身心爲

<lb n="0403a04" ed="T"/>知。知且無念無形。誰爲我相人相。覺諸相空
<lb n="0403a05" ed="T"/>心自無念。念起卽覺。覺之卽無修行妙門唯
<lb n="0403a06" ed="T"/>在此也。故雖備修萬行。唯以無念爲宗。但得
<lb n="0403a07" ed="T"/>無念知見。則愛惡自然淡泊。悲智自然增明。
<lb n="0403a08" ed="T"/>罪業自然斷除。功行自然增進。旣了諸相非

<lb n="0403a11" ed="T"/>家皆會相歸性。故同一宗。然上三宗中。復有
<lb n="0403a12" ed="T"/>遵敎慢敎。隨相毀相。拒外難之門戶。接外衆
<lb n="0403a13" ed="T"/>之善巧。敎弟子之儀軌。種種不同。皆是二利
<lb n="0403a14" ed="T"/>行門各隨其便。亦無所失。但所宗之理卽不
<lb n="0403a15" ed="T"/>合有二。故須約佛和會也。次下判佛敎總爲
<lb n="0403a16" ed="T"/>三種者。一密意依性說相敎<note place="inline">佛見三界六道悉是眞性之相。但是衆
<lb n="0403a17" ed="T"/>生迷性而起。無別自體。故云依性。然根鈍者卒難開悟。故<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0403a1701" n="0403a1701"/><anchor xml:id="beg0403a1701" n="0403a1701"/>且<anchor xml:id="end0403a1701"/>隨他所見境相說法漸度。故云說相說。未彰顯故云

<lb n="0403c07" ed="T"/>識所變。迷故執有我及諸境。旣悟本無我法
<lb n="0403c08" ed="T"/>唯有心識。遂依此二空之智。修唯識觀及六
<lb n="0403c09" ed="T"/>度四攝等行。漸漸伏斷煩惱所知二障。證二
<lb n="0403c10" ed="T"/>空所顯眞如。十地圓滿。轉八識成四智菩提
<lb n="0403c11" ed="T"/>也。眞如障盡。成法性身大涅槃也。解深密等
<lb n="0403c12" ed="T"/>數十本經。瑜伽唯識數百卷論。所說之理。不
<lb n="0403c13" ed="T"/>出此也。此上三類都爲第一密意依性說相
<lb n="0403c14" ed="T"/>敎。然唯第三將識破境敎。與禪門息妄修心
<lb n="0403c15" ed="T"/>宗而相<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0403030" n="0403030"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0403030" n="0403030"/><anchor xml:id="beg0403030" n="0403030"/>扶<anchor xml:id="end0403030"/>會。以知外境皆空故不修外境事

<lb n="0403c17" ed="T"/>者。修唯識之心。故同唯識之敎。旣與佛同。如

<lb n="0403c20" ed="T"/>便。悉是佛所勸讚。淨名云。不必坐不必不坐。
<lb n="0403c21" ed="T"/>坐與不坐任逐機宜。凝心運心各量習性。當
<lb n="0403c22" ed="T"/>高宗大帝乃至玄宗朝時。圓頓本宗未行北
<lb n="0403c23" ed="T"/>地。唯神秀禪師大揚漸敎。爲二京法主三帝

<lb n="0404a15" ed="T"/>識諸境亦復如是。以皆假託衆緣無自性故。
<lb n="0404a16" ed="T"/>未曾有一法不從因緣生。是故一切法無不是

<lb n="0404c25" ed="T"/>衆生修習聖道<note place="inline">六波羅蜜三十七道品等</note>令離妄想。離妄想已
<lb n="0404c26" ed="T"/>證得如來無量智慧利益安樂一切衆生。問
